LISBON — In Common Pleas Court, Keith G. Dishler, 22, Aliquippa, Pa., pleaded guilty to complicity to robbery and felonious assault. Dishler then requested immediate sentencing and was sentenced to two years in prison. The charges were for Dishler’s actions on April 17, 2018, while spending time as an inmate in the county jail. Dishler assisted three other inmates in assaulting another inmate Joshua Peterson and taking items from him.

Deven E. Neal, 21, Fairview Court, Salem, was found eligible for intervention in lieu of conviction. He pleaded guilty to possession of drugs for methylphenidate, a prescription stimulant for ADHD and narcolepsy, in pill bottle in his backpack on April 29, 2018. Neal was placed on a three-year intervention treatment plan.

Jordan A. Flaker, 28, Alliance, stipulated to violating one or more terms of his community control for a previous theft conviction. Flaker was given 46 days in jail with credit for 33 served. His probation was dishonorably terminated. The charge was for taking from the Salem Walmart miscellaneous TV sets, an RCA home theater system, a Sanyo 50-inch LCD HD TV, an LED HD TV, a flame helmet and a can opener starting on April 5, 2013 and continuing for about two weeks.
