LISBON — Afton B. Danver, 27, Globe Street, East Liverpool, was bound over to the grand jury on a charges of burglary, assault and criminal trespassing. Danver is accused of walking into a home on Hammond Park Drive, Wellsville, and assaulting Haleigh Cunningham on Feb. 26.

Delaney M. Brown, 25, state Route 45, Salem, was bound over to the grand jury on charges of possession of a drug abuse instrument and obstructing justice. On March 15, Brown allegedly lied to police to keep them from finding Michael Hover and had hypodermic needles in the glove box.

An April 1 pretrial was set for Breontez Young, 25, Mullins Street, Salem, charged with criminal trespassing, expired license and failure to control. On Saturday, Young allegedly attempted to seek shelter inside a vehicle on Lisbon Road, Leetonia, in Salem Township.

A May 9 pretrial was set for Matthew W. Dalrymple, 29, Buzzard Road, Wellsville, charged with public indecency for allegedly pulling down his pants while at another person’s home on Feb. 14. Dalrymple was fined $250 for violating a temporary protection order.

A May 13 pretrial was set for Brett T. Lahue, 46, Monaca Pa., cited with OVI first offense, left of center and a seat belt violation.

A May 14 pretrial was set for Joseph S. Skrinjar, 52, state Route 518, Lisbon, cited with OVI first offense an left of center.

A May 9 pretrial was set for Christina Lynn Coil, 40, West Main Street, Salineville, cited with OVI first offense.

Alexander Baker, 24, Pinewood Drive, New Waterford, was fined $250, required 30 hours community service and credited with a day in jail for assault amended from domestic violence for striking Aysia Canterbury with a belt.

Joseph W. Card, 74, Canton, was sentenced to 20 days in jail, was fined $1,150, had his license suspended for two years and required 55 hours community service for OVI second offense and driving under suspension.

Kayla J. Post, 31, Cherry Valley Road, Leetonia, was credited with three days served, sentenced to an additional four days in jail, fined $200 and required 40 hours community service for assault for hitting James Cline II in the left side of his face.

Miquaysha D. Hamlet, 24, Youngstown, was fined $150 for driving under suspension.

An April 1 pretrial was set for Kayla M. Brian, 27, West Park Avenue, Columbiana, cited with illegal drug paraphernalia and two counts of possession of a drug abuse instruments.

An April 1 pretrial was set for Terrance L. May Jr., 41, Chestnut Street, Leetonia, charged with domestic violence for allegedly choking his girlfriend, Gloria Rogenski, until she passed out on March 25.

John P. Peuterbaugh, 44, West Perry Street, Salem, was fined $400, sentenced to three days in jail and required 30 hours community service for two counts of driving under suspension.

Ray Nathan Carnes, 59, Memorial Road, Kensington, was fined $400, sentenced to five days in jail and required 30 hours community service for driving under FRA suspension, hit skip, fictitious plate and assured clear distance.

A May 13 pretrial was set for Jaycent J. Staats, 35, U.S. Route 30, East Rochester, cited with driving under 12-point suspension, speeding and a seat belt violation.

Adam A. Cochran, 30, Maple Street, Lisbon, was fined $275 and required 30 hours community service for driving under suspension and open container.

An April 8 pretrial was set for Kayla E. Macklin, 30, Lexington Avenue, Salem, charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct for alleged public intoxication.
