LISBON — In County Municipal Court John T. Susan, 60, Beechwood Drive, Columbiana, was fined $775, had his license suspended for a year, ordered to attend a three-day counseling program and required 30 hours community service for OVI first offense and disorderly conduct for his actions on Nov. 3 in Columbiana.

Eric D. Coffee, 45, North Lincoln Avenue, Salem, was fined $400, had his license suspended for a year, required to attend a three-day counseling program and ordered 50 hours community service for marked lanes and reckless operation amended from OVI first offense.

An April 16 pretrial was set for Heidi A. Hoffman, 59, Canfield, cited with OVI first offense, marked lanes and driving while texting.

Steven L. Martin, 31, Columbia Street, Leetonia, was sentenced to six days in jail, fined $1,075, had his license suspended for a year and required 30 hours community service for OVI first offense, driving under suspension, fictitious plates and two counts of failure to control.

William L. Murphy, 66, Main Street, Hanoverton, was fined $130 for a seat belt violation and an equipment violation amended from a turn signals violation. A charge of OVI first offense was dismissed due to the test results.

An April 25 pretrial was set for Jordan M. Strabala, 28, Westview Drive, Salem, cited with OVI , a turn signal violation and possession of marijuana.

A Feb. 28 pretrial was set for Henry L. Robinson, 26, South Lincoln Avenue, Salem, charged with obstructing official business and resisting arrest for allegedly giving police a false name and pulling away when he was asked to place his hands behind his back.

Nicole M. Hilton, 49, South Ellsworth Avenue, Salem, was fined $400 and credited with 16 days served in jail for three counts of disorderly conduct and criminal trespassing for returning to Smith Oil in Lisbon on Nov. 15 after she was told by the manager the day before she was no longer welcome there. The other three charges were for walking around Salem on July 2 in only her underwear and a T-shirt; walking in traffic in the middle of Broadway in Salem on June 25, causing vehicles to have to slow down and move over to miss her; and for using offensive language in Lisbon on Dec. 25.

Cortni D. Rankin, 28, Cricket Lane, Columbiana, was sentenced to 10 days in jail and fined $350 for driving under suspension and illegal possession of drug paraphernalia for a glass narcotics pipe behind the front passenger seat during a traffic stop on Tuesday.

A March 19 pretrial was set for Thomas J. Phillips Jr., 46, New Garden Avenue, Salem, charged with obstructing official business for allegedly telling police Amy Phillips was driving a Dodge Ram when it became stuck in an East Fourth Street yard on Thursday, when it was determined she had been at home and he was the one driving.

Lucas L. McElDowney, 28, Penn Avenue, East Liverpool, was fined $300 for two counts of driving under suspension.

Jaymee J. Cayo, 26, North Market Street, Lisbon, was fined $135 for open container. A citation for unlawfully allowing another person to drive a vehicle was dismissed.

Joshua C. Derenburger, 30, Pinehollow Road, Rogers, was fined $100, credited with five days served in jail and sentenced to an additional 40 days in jail for obstructing official business for hiding an orange bottle in his pants in an attempt to falsify a drug test on Sept. 12.

A March 26 pretrial was set for Dustin R. Morrow, 34, Calcutta-Smith Ferry Road, East Liverpool, cited with driving under FRA suspension, use of an unauthorized plate and a tail lights violation.

A March 28 pretrial was set for Eric S. Slagle, 27, West State Street, Salem, cited with driving under suspension, possession of marijuana and no tail lights.

An April 15 pretrial was set for David W. Stratton Jr., 35, West Main Street, New Waterford, cited with possession of marijuana paraphernalia and failure to display a valid sticker.

Derek J. Barnhart, 44, Hull Road, Salineville, was fined $150 and required 30 hours community service for driving under FRA suspension.

An April 11 pretrial was set for Jason T. Sommers, 47, South Union Avenue, Salem, charged with assault for allegedly grabbing David Lotze by the neck, striking him and starting a fight on April 5, 2018.

Adam T. Gottschling, 33, Glasgow Road, Salineville, was fined $150 for lighted lights required amended from speeding.

Christopher D. Wilson, 22, Kent, was fined $100 for deer permit required for hunting on Nov. 11.

Kirk R. Roberts, 32, Austintown, was fined $50 for no license.
