EAST LIVERPOOL — In Municipal Court Wednesday, Aaron J. Stevens, Fairmont Street, was found guilty of seven counts of failure to obtain fire insurance and was fined $200 for each. For each of three counts of failure to obtain rental property license, he was fined $250. On a housing code violation, he was sentenced to 30 days, suspended, and placed on probation two years. The court noted he is in compliance on the housing code violation.
James R. Hurst, 30, Broadway Avenue, was fined $580 and had his license suspended 180 days for no license, possession of pot, possession of paraphernalia and failure to display plate.
Alexis L. Steele, 26, Highland Drive, was fined $50 for public intoxication.
Noah Hull, 19, Chester Street, was fined $50 for open container.
Sentencing was set Feb. 26 for Ronald A. Thrasher, 48, Wood Street, Wellsville, who pleaded no contest to failure to control and leaving the scene.
Arraignment was continued until Feb. 22 for Maurice L. Kimmie, 24, Cleveland, because he was sick in jail. He is charged with falsification.
A trial was set March 26 for DaNeil Prentice, 27, Beaver Street, charged with possession of marijuana.
A pretrial was set March 7 for Mark E. Foden, 48, Park Place Avenue, charged with improper plate and possession of drug paraphernalia.
