Grand Jury
LISBON — William C. Jackson, 35, Pittsburgh, was served a secret indictment for charges of possession of drugs with a forfeiture specification. Jackson is alleged to have had less than five grams of cocaine and $700 believed used or intended for use during a drug-related crime. The indictment for the fifth-degree felony charge was issued by the grand jury in July.
