EAST LIVERPOOL — In Municipal Court, second arraignment was set Oct. 2 for David S. Lucas, 54, Oak Street, charged with using weapons while intoxicated; $10,000 bond set. He was ordered to not possess firearms, ammunition or alcohol.
Pretrials were set for James E. Neville III, 24, Hollywood Street, charged with possession of drug abuse instruments, open container, resisting arrest, second offense, and intoxication, second offense, Sept. 27; and for Christopher J. Farnsworth, 46, Fenton Street, charged with no license, Oct. 30.
