EAST LIVERPOOL — In Municipal Court Friday, a second arraignment was scheduled for July 22 for Conley G. McCutcheon Jr., 28, Harvey Avenue, charged with driving under suspension and illegal plates.

A July 17 pretrial was set for James A. Craig III, 34, Florence Street, who pleaded not guilty to OVI above .17.

A second pretrial will be held July 11 for Cagney A. Springer, 29, Penn Avenue, for a charge of driving under suspension. Bond remained at $10,000.

Thomas W. Davis, 30, Purinton Avenue, was fined $675 and was sentenced to three days in jail and three years intensive probation for OVI and lights required.

A second arraignment continuance will be held June 22 for Steven R. McComas, 48, Grant Street, for a charge of driving under suspension. The continuance was granted to correct the BMV suspension.

A second arraignment date was set for June 22 for Douglas A. Robinson, 42, Penn Avenue, who faces a charge of no operator’s license. He was released on $5,000 bond.

A June 27 trial will be held for Samantha Jo Ward, Homestead Avenue, for a charge of driving under suspension.

A July 11 trial will be held for Cierra L. Whaley, 26, Madison Avenue, Salineville, charged with storage of tires and two counts of indoor furniture outside.

Troy E. Quinn, 21, College Street, was fined $150 and was sentenced to 18 hours community service for possession of marijuana.

Sarah Rae Smith, 30, Woodbine Avenue, was fined $250 for no operators license.

A July 17 pretrial was set for Patricia A. Ziegler, 68, state Route 39, Wellsville, who pleaded not guilty to illegal distribution of tobacco products. She was released on $5,000 bond.
