LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court an April 5 preliminary hearing was set for Robert A. Hiner, 26, Union Street, Columbiana, charged with felonious assault. Hiner allegedly fought with Rodney Grace, who ended up with a fractured jaw and a broken nose on Monday.
An April 5 preliminary hearing was set for Michael W. Gunn, 46, Fawcett Street, East Liverpool, charged with failure to verify residence address.
A May 14 pretrial was set for Gregory A. Davis, 49, Ravenna, cited with OVI first offense and headlights required.
A May 15 pretrial was set for Ashley Miranda, 32, Campbell, cited with possession of marijuana, driving under suspension and speeding.
Joshua J. Henderson, 22, Sprucevale Road, East Liverpool, was fined $675, had his license suspended for a year, required to attend a three-day counseling program and ordered 30 hours community service for OVI first offense. A citation for leaving the scene was dismissed.
Shawn J. Briggs, 45, South Main Street, Beloit, was fined $350 and required 50 hours community service for fictitious plates, driving under suspension and valid sticker.
Kristen N. Callahan, 29, West South Range Road, Salem, was fined $200 for wrongful entrustment.
Robert A. Cowen, 68, Meadow Wood Drive, Salem, was fined $150 and required 30 hours community service for driving under suspension.
Deanna Yeagley, 45, Mountview Avenue, Alliance, was fined $150 for lighted lights required amended from failure to control.
Michele M. Wertz, 52, South Main Street, Columbiana, was fined $250, credited with a day served in jail and required 20 hours community service for criminal trespassing for entering Tamara Bayer’s vehicle on Feb. 14.
William B. Barwick, 65, Youngstown, was fined $250, required 40 hours community service and sentenced to three days in jail for driving under OVI suspension.
Ikremah A. Omran, 45, Montgomery Drive, Canfield, was fined $100 for speeding.
An April 12 sentencing hearing was set for Rebecca L. Harper-Peters, 46, Cambridge Street, Alliance, charged with theft for allegedly attempting to leave with $202 in merchandise shoplifted from the Salem Walmart on Wednesday. Harper-Peters pleaded no contest to the charge on Thursday.
Donna M. Hancock, 52, West Clark Street, East Palestine, was fined $200 for a license forfeiture suspension.
A May 14 pretrial was set for Kyle E. Melott, 23, state Route 164, Leetonia, cited with driving under suspension.
A May 24 pretrial was set for Thomas C. Bowker Jr., 58, Peace Valley Road, Rogers, cited with driving under suspension.
