EAST LIVERPOOL – In Municipal Court Tuesday, Shanda M. Pipes, 28, Florence Street, was fined $300, sentenced to 30 days, suspended, and was placed on probation two years for theft. A charge of possession of criminal tools was dismissed.

EAST LIVERPOOL – In Municipal Court Monday, Daniel D. McNicol, 21, Dale Street, was fined $75 for driving under suspension and $35 for fictitious plates.

Pretrials were set Sept. 8 for Cody S. Reckner, 21, Givens Road, Wellsville, charged with disorderly conduct/intoxi-cation; and Jordan M. March 28, Center Road, charged with possession of drug abuse instruments, second offense.

EAST LIVERPOOL In Municipal Court Friday, a preliminary hearing was set Sept. 1 for Megan A. McDonald, 30, New Cumberland, W.Va., charged with receiving stolen property, with $15,000 cash/surety bond set. A pretrial was scheduled the same day on a petty theft charge.

Second arraignment was scheduled Oct. 28 for Anton E. Schafer Jr., 31, Monroe Street, charged with driving under suspension and a traffic control device violation. A disorderly conduct charge was dismissed.

Pretrials were scheduled for Joshua E. Brooks, 25, Avondale Street, charged with leaving the scene and failure to control, Sept. 22; David Jones, 33, Pittsburgh, possession of drug abuse instruments and possession of drug paraphernalia, Sept. 22; Aaron N. EAST LIVERPOOL – In Municipal Court Thursday, George E. Montgomery, 63, Florence Street, was fined $100, sentenced to 30 days, 24 suspended, and placed on probation two years for criminal damaging/endangering. He was given the same fine and sentence for criminal trespassing. In lieu of his fines, he was assessed 13 hours of community service.

Hollie C. Reese, 26, Rubicon Street, was fined $150, sentenced to five days, suspended, and had her license suspended 180 days for possession of drug abuse instruments. For driving under suspension, she was fined $250.

For possession of drug abuse instruments, Jordan M. March, 28, Center Road, was fined $200, sentenced to 90 days, 70 suspended, had his license suspended 180 days and was placed on probation two years, with 25 hours of community service imposed in lieu of the fine.

Alicia J. Sonntog, 19, W. Fourth Street, was fined $150, sentenced to 30 days, 28 suspended, and placed on probation two years for theft. A charge of possession of criminal tools was dismissed.

Glenn E. Collins III, 34, Longs Church Road, was fined $250 for obstructing official business.

A theft charge was dismissed against Gregory A. Virden Jr,. 26, Louisiana Avenue, Chester, W.Va.

Tyrell M. Travers, 19, Clover Avenue, Wellsville, was fined $250 for driving under suspension and $30 for a marked lanes violation.

EAST LIVERPOOL – In Municipal Court Wednesday, Mark D. Rawson Jr., 28, Shontz Drive, Wellsville, was fined $50 for speeding.

John Tittle, 63, Riverside Avenue, Wellsville, was fined $50 for a rental property license violation.

A charge of driving on a closed roadway was dismissed against Keven W. Cantrell, 35, Olney, Ill.

Second arraignment was set Aug. 31 for Derrick A. Sho-walter, 45, Ruth Street, charged with no turn signal and two counts of no license.

A pretrial is to be set by the defense attorney for Lucas L. Sims, 31, Thompson Avenue, charged with obstructing official business, with $100,000 cash/surety bond set.

EAST LIVERPOOL – In Municipal Court Tuesday, Thomas A. Campbell, 49, Riverside Avenue, Wellsville, was fined $75 for driving under suspension.

Daniel C. Carroll Jr., 36, St. Clair Avenue, was fined $65 for improper backing.

Second pretrial was scheduled Sept. 6 for Brooke E. Zoellers, 22, Martha Street, charged with failure to yield.

Pretrial was scheduled Aug. 25 for Hollie C. Reese, 26, Rubicon Street, charged with possession of drug abuse instruments and driving under suspension, with $20,000 bond set.

EAST LIVERPOOL – In Municipal Court Monday, Travis J. Zugay, 31, Monaca, Pa., was fined $475, sentenced to 30 days, 27 suspended, had his license suspended 180 days and was placed on probation two years for OVI. For left of center, he was fined $35.

Steven L. Weyand, 25, Hanover Road, Salineville, was assessed court costs only for driving under suspension, with a charge of unauthorized use of plates dismissed.

Michael A. Russell, 34, Riverside Avenue, was fined $30 for no seat belt.

A preliminary hearing was scheduled Aug. 25 for Dameon V. Lovett, 36, St. George Street, charged with domestic violence, second offense, with $250,000 cash/surety bond set. He was ordered to have no contact with Angela Conrad.

EAST LIVERPOOL – In Municipal Court on Friday, Raymond G. Crow Sr., 58, of Negley waived a preliminary hearing for gross sexual imposition. Bond was set at $35,000 cash/surety or 10 percent.

An Aug. 25 pretrial was set for George E. Montgomery, 63, of Florence Street, charged with criminal damaging and criminal trespass.

An Oct. 17 second arraignment was set for Brian W. Baughman, 42, of Brightview Drive, charged with driving under suspension.

EAST LIVERPOOL – In East Liverpool Municipal Court Thursday, Brianne L. Flaherty, 21, Birch Road, was fined $200 and sentenced to 30 days in jail and two years probation for petty theft. A criminal tools charge was dismissed.

– A second pretrial was scheduled for Aug. 31 for David J. Jackson, 50, Jackson Street, who faces one count of assault.

– A continuance hearing was scheduled for Sept. 23 for Tyrone B. Foster aka Coles, 41, 18th Street, Wellsville, in regard to fines for menacing and intoxication.

EAST LIVERPOOL – In East Liverpool Municipal Court on Wednesday, charges of criminal damaging and criminal mischief against Charles C. Bramel, 61, of Moore Road, were dismissed with prejudice. The case had been set for a bench trial. Probable cause was found by stipulation. Court costs assessed to the state.

Aaron J. Stevens, 32, of Fairmont Street, had his pretrial hearing continued until Sept. 27 for additional discovery. Charges are littering and restriction on depositing litter in front of property.

Bruce Helman, of Bell School Road, had a charge of failure to obtain rental property license dismissed.

Chad W. Hartley, 38, of Boring Lane, had his arraignment for driving under suspension continued until Friday because defendant could not hear constitutional rights.

Joshua S. Reckner, 30, of North Shadylane, was fined $115 for failure to yield and expired license.

EAST LIVERPOOL – In Municipal Court Tuesday, Terri L. Geary, 54, New Galilee, Pa., was fined $150 for possession of marijuana, with a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia dismissed.

Jerrell R. Jeter, 31, Baum Street, was fined $150 for driving under suspension.

A domestic violence charge was dismissed against Joseph E. Davis, 31, Garfield Street.

EAST LIVERPOOL – In Municipal Court Friday, a Sept. 5 pretrial was set for Clarence J. McKinnon, 49, Sophia Street, East Liverpool, who pleaded not guilty to domestic violence. He is accused of hitting his wife, pushing his son and damaging items during an incident at the home on Aug. 10.

– An Aug. 24 pretrial was set for Mark D. Rawson, 28, Shontz Drive, Wellsville, who pleaded not guilty to speeding, stemming from a traffic stop on state Route 7 in Liverpool Township on July 28.

– An Aug. 27 pretrial was set for Steven L. Weyand, 25, South Hanover Road, Salineville, who pleaded not guilty to driving under suspension and unauthorized use of plates, stemming from a traffic stop on Aug. 6 on state Route 170 in St. Clair Township.

– Justin A. Davis, 28, Saline Street, Irondale, was fined $75 for driving under suspension.

– Traci L. Golden, 44, Wyoming Avenue, East Liverpool, was fined $145 for driving under suspension and speeding.

– Jerry A. Anderson, 27, Market Street, East Liverpool, was fined $155 for driving under suspension and unsafe vehicle.

EAST LIVERPOOL- In East Liverpool Municipal Court Thursday, Thomas A. Barton, 32, East Eighth Street, was fined $82 and sentenced to 150 days in jail for a count of drug abuse instruments and four counts of theft.

An Aug. 15 review hearing continuance was set for James L. Cunningham Jr., 34, Thompson Avenue, to allow him time to pay fines for a charge of possession of marijuana.

Dawn J. Acker, 37, 18th Street, Wellsville, was sentenced to two days in jail, 19 hours of community service and two years probation for resisting arrest and obstructing official business.

A Sept. 8 pretrial continuance was set for Brandee L. Howell, 40, Clover Street, Wellsville, for charges of disorderly conduct/intoxication and drug paraphernalia. The continuance was issued to give the defense more time to prepare.

A Sept. 8 pretrial continuance was set for Shantelle M. Uselton, 28, Dairy Lane, for charges of plate illumination, failure to comply and resisting arrest. The continuance was issued to give the defense more time to prepare.

A Sept. 22 competency evaluation hearing was set for Emma R. Weyand, 36, McKinnon Avenue, regarding charges of two counts of menacing, assault and violating a protection order.

Justin D. Johnson, 34, Laura Avenue, was sentenced to 120 days in jail for theft.

A Sept. 8 pretrial continuance was set for Kelly A. Morris, 40, 10th Street, Wellsville, for charges of theft, criminal tools and criminal trespassing. The continuance was issued to allow the defense more time to prepare.

Lacey L. Ammon, 26, Township Road 457, Irondale, was sentenced to 110 days in jail for drug abuse instruments, resisting arrest, falsification and a probation violation on a drug abuse instruments conviction. She was also fined $100 for driving under suspension.

Christopher C. Byrd, 26, 10th Street, Wellsville, was fined $300 and sentenced to seven days in jail for theft and criminal trespassing. A charge of criminal tools was dismissed.

A Sept. 29 defense motion hearing was set for James L. Cunningham, 34, East Eighth Street, for possession of drug abuse instruments.

Dillon T. Dellapenna, 19, Moore Street, was given 59 days in jail for probation vio-lation for criminal damaging and domestic violence.

An Aug. 25 pretrial and probable cause hearing was set for Glenn E. Collins III, 34, Longs Church Road, for charges of driving under suspension and obstructing official business. The hearing was set to allow him time to make bond.

Jason D. Melvin, 34, Fawcett Street, was fined $150 and sentenced to five days in jail and two years probation for criminal trespassing.

Allen, 46, was fined $675, sentenced to 90 days, 75 suspended, had his license suspended one year and was placed on probation three years for OVI, second offense. He was fined $100 for driving under suspension, and a tail light charge was dismissed.

Robert C. Wetzel Jr., 34, Iowa Street, Wellsville, was fined $475, sentenced to 30 days, 27 suspended, had his license suspended 180 days and was placed on probation two years for OVI. A speeding charge was dismissed.

Shannon D. Thrasher, 29, Pennsylvania Avenue, was fined $70 for speeding.

Christina M. Davis, 19, Toronto, was fined $30 for no seat belt.

Mark A. Freeman, 26, Main Street, Wellsville, was fined $35 for a traffic control device violation.

Trial was set Aug. 17 for Charles Bramel, 61, Moore Road, charged with criminal damaging and criminal mischief.

A pretrial was scheduled Sept. 8 for James E. McKahan, 37, Lantern Street, charged with possession of drug abuse instruments and possession of drug paraphernalia, with $10,000 bond set.

Gabbert II, 21, state Route 45, Lisbon, was fined $475, sentenced to 30 days, 27 suspended, had his license suspended 180 days and was placed on probation two years for OVI. For left of center, he was fined $30, while a charge of defective exhaust was dismissed.

Jury trials were scheduled for Ashley Buzzard, 28, John Street, charged with three counts of prohibitions against companion animals, Sept. 15 and Stephen Lara, 58, Lisbon Street, charged with OVI, driving under suspension, failure to control and failure to file income tax returns, Oct. 20.

Pretrial was scheduled Aug. 17 for Aaron J. Stevens, 32, Fairmont Street, charged with littering and deposit of garbage.

Domestic violence charges were dismissed against brothers Marvin E. Bradley, 39, Jefferson Street and Timothy O. Bradley, no age listed, Beaver Falls, Pa. after each declined to testify against the other. Timothy is accused of purposely running over Marvin in a vehicle his brother had purchased for him. Each was assessed court costs.

EAST LIVERPOOL – In Municipal Court Monday, Margaret M. Riley, 52, Fenton Street, was fined $150, sentenced to 30 days, 28 suspended, and placed on probation two years for petty theft.

Juan A. Moore, 44, Broadway Avenue, Wellsville, was fined $100, sentenced to 30 days, 28 suspended, and placed on probation two years for petty theft.

Christopher R. Farnsworth, 44, Fenton Street, was fined $100, sentenced to 30 days, 28 suspended, and placed on probation two years for theft.

Robert R. Camerlin, 31, New Cumberland, W.Va., was fined $100, sentenced to 90 days, 80 suspended, had his license suspended 180 days and was placed on probation two years for possession of drug abuse instruments. A charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed.

Brie A. Richards, 36, West Fourth Street, was fined $35 for a stop sign violation.

A driving under suspension charge was dismissed against Joey S. Buxton, 37, Thompson Avenue.

An arraignment for Glenn E. Collins III, 34, Longs Church Road, was rescheduled until Tuesday after he lunged at the video conference television, yelled and shouted and refused to allow the court to speak with the probation officer or deputy bailiff to ascertain the problem. He is charged with driving under suspension and obstructing official business.

Pretrials were scheduled for Thomas A. Barton, 32, East Eighth Street, charged with possession of drug abuse instruments and four counts of petty theft, Aug. 11; Darrell Strowder, 30, Cleveland Heights, obstructing official business, Sept. 7.

EAST LIVERPOOL – In Municipal Court Friday, a notice was sent and a bench warrant was issued for Jason E. Williams, 32, Regal Road, New Manchester, W.Va., who failed to appear for charges of driving under suspension and speeding (going 16 over the limit).

Clayton W. Elliott, 18, Walnut Street, Rogers, was fined $100 and sentenced to two days in jail and two years probation for theft.

An Aug. 11 pretrial was set for Lacey L. Ammon, 26, Township Road 457, Irondale, who pleaded not guilty to charges of possession of drug abuse instruments and resisting arrest (stemming from a traffic stop on state Route 11 in East Liverpool on Aug. 5), driving under suspension (from a traffic stop on Y and O Road in St. Clair Township on July 23) and falsification (where she is accused of providing a wrong name when questioned by police on St. Clair Avenue in June). A revocation hearing has also been set for Aug. 11, where Ammon reportedly violated probation for possession of drug abuse instruments.

William W. Ogle Jr., 29, Avondale Street, East Liverpool, was fined $150 for drug paraphernalia.

Natalie E. Coles, 35, Wilbert Avenue, East Liverpool, was fined $150 for possession of marijuana.

Toni J. James, 38, High Street, Salineville, was fined $250 for driving under suspension (FRA), her third such offense and 16th ticket.

Chasity N. Gorby, 36, Duke Road, East Liverpool, was fined $75 for parental responsibility.

An Aug. 24 pretrial was set for Kevin W. Cantrell, 35, Olney, Ill., who pleaded not guilty to driving on a closed roadway, stemming from a traffic stop on Old Fredericktown Road in St. Clair Township on July 22.

Brandon S. Myers Jr., 20, Palissey Street, East Liverpool, was fined $50 for speeding (43 in a 25 zone). A charge of driving under suspension (failure to reinstate) was dismissed.

EAST LIVERPOOL – In East Liverpool Municipal Court Thursday, Paul N. Swartz, 22, Echo Dell Road, was fined $315 and given two years probation and failure to control.

Nicholle D. Klink, 35, Green Lane, was fined $100 and given 30 days in jail for probation violation to a domestic violence conviction.

Sherill L. Liebschner, 49, Moore Street, was fined $540 and given three days in jail and two years probation for OVI and assured clear distance.

Annette Boyle, 56, Midland, Pa., was fined $150 and given two days in jail for theft.

Amanda G. Williams, 36, no address given, was fined $250 and given 10 days in jail and two years probation for theft. A charge of obstructing justice was dismissed.

Joshua M. Elkins, 26, Monaca, Pa., was fined $200 and given 150 days in jail and three years probation for endangering children and drug abuse instruments.

Brian R. Bryarly, 27, Shadyside Avenue, was fined $690 and given seven days in jail and two years probation for OVI, failure to control and possession of marijuana.

A bench warrant was issued for Brianna M. Flaherty, 21, Birch Road, who failed to appear for charges of petty theft and possession of criminal tools.

A status continuance date was set for Oct. 13 and jury trial for Oct. 20 for Mareese J. Sanders, 30, Delason Avenue, Youngstown, charged with driving under suspension and a seat belt violation.

An Aug. 11 pretrial date was set for Christopher C. Byrd, 26, 10th Street, Wellsville, and Kelly A. Morris, 40, of same Wellsville address, charged with theft, possession of criminal tools and criminal trespassing.

A Sept. 1 revocation hearing continuance was set for Robert H. Glenn Jr., 41, Echo Dell Road, for violating probation for aggravated menacing and domestic violence.

A Sept. 22 pretrial continuance was set for Mitchel O. Lacey, 44, Bethesda Road, Hanoverton, regarding charges of DUS, fictitious plates and two charges of possession of drug abuse instruments. The continuance was issued to prepare defense, obtain a valid license and handle medical issues.

A Sept. 29 probable cause hearing continuance was set for Courtney P. Geer, 21, East Sixth Street, regarding a probation violation for possession of drug abuse instruments and possession of marijuana. The continuance was issued to allow more time to complete IOP counseling.

A Sept. 8 pretrial continuance was set for Aaron L. Sims, 38, Medina, regarding charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, OVI, DUS and a tail light violation. The continuance was issued to allow the defense more time to prepare.

EAST LIVERPOOL- In Municipal Court, Miranda L. Smith, 38, Kent Street, was fined $200, given 180 days, 120 suspended, and two years probation for theft.

Kyle M. Thomas, 19, of Negley, was fined $300 for drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

Nicholas G. Amato, 24, Fieldstone Drive, was fined $50 for speeding.

Trial was set Sept. 28 for Gerald Boyd, 65, Sunnyside Avenue, was charged with violating the city’s public nuisance ordinance. Boyd is accused of operating a wood/coal burner at Jerry’s Auto Repair, 705 Edwards St., in a manner that polluted the neighborhood with coal smoke and soot.

Christopher J. Pierce, 27, Annesley Road, failed to appear on a charge of failure to control.

An Aug. 23 trial was set for Brooke E. Zoellers, 22, Martha Street, for failure to yield.

Cassie R. Nalley, 19, of Wellsville, was fined $65 for failure to control.

EAST LIVERPOOL – In East Liverpool Municipal Court Tuesday, Michael L. Russell, 36, state Route 152, Toronto, was fined $225 for driving under suspension and reckless operation.

Thomas W. O’Rourke III, 40, state Route 170, was fined $75 for driving under suspension.

Joshua L. “Four” Sanchez, 32, Sophia Street, was fined $300 for drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

Paul Strovilas, 47, South River Avenue, Toronto, was fined $50 for a rental license violation.

A bench warrant was issued for Shayne B. Kosek, 28, Calcutta-Smith Ferry Road, who failed to appear for a revocation hearing regarding a probation violation for petty theft and disorderly conduct/intoxication.

Pretrial was rescheduled for Sept. 6 for April Mettenburger, 35, Bank Street, who faces charges of OVI and marked lanes. A continuance was issued to allow more time to review the video.

A Sept. 1 pretrial was set for Byron L. Cohen, 18, West Fourth Street, who withdrew a previous guilty plea of complicity to theft. Cohen is accused of stealing items from the Calcutta Walmart July 7.

A second arraignment continuance date was set for Sept. 2 for Michael A. Potter, 26, Clark Avenue, Wellsville, regarding charges of driving under suspension (drug suspension). The continuance was issued in order to show proof of driving privileges.

For possession of criminal tools, she was fined $200, sentenced to 30 days, 27 suspended, and placed on probation two years.

Trials were set for Thomas A. Campbell, 49, Riverside Avenue, Wellsville, charged with driving under suspension, Aug. 23; Joseph Davis, 33, Lyman Drive, two counts of rental property license violations, Aug. 23; and John Tittle, Riverside Avenue, Wellsville, rental property license violation, Aug. 24.

Second arraignments were scheduled for Lisa M. Skelly, 53, Dennison, charged with complicity to theft, Aug.12; Darrell Strowder Jr., 30, Cleveland, obstructing official business, Aug. 8; and Glenn T. Dennis, 34, Anderson Boulevard, domestic violence, two counts, Aug. 8.

Pretrial was scheduled Aug. 4 for Beth R. Pisano, 32, Rochester, Pa., charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of drug abuse instruments and endangering children. Cash/surety bond of $30,000 was set.
