Brooke Wilson marries Matthew Simmons

SALEM – Brooke Wilson and Matthew Simmons were united in marriage on May 18 at the Salem First Presbyterian Church.

The bride is the daughter of Richard Wilson and Trudy Beadnell, both of Salineville.

The groom is the son of Theresa Marteney and Bill Simmons, both of Carrollton.

The Reverend Meta Cramer officiated the ceremony with music provided by organist Nancy McNeal.

Escorted by her father and given in marriage by her parents, the bride wore a strapless tulle ball gown with a satin bodice accented by beaded metallic embroidery. She carried a brooch bouquet.

Beth Beadnell and Hannah Bowman, cousins of the bride, served as maids of honors. Bridesmaids were Sarah Johnston, Cassandra Dawson and Jennifer Marteney. Elizabeth Wilson, cousin of the bride, served as flower girl.

Performing the duties of best man was Shawn Simmons. Groomsmen were Craig Kampfer, Matt Bryan, Josh Beadnell and Robert Wilson. Kail Simmons, nephew of the groom, and Tyler Beadnell, cousin of the bride, served as ring bearers.

A reception followed at the Salem Golf Club. A rehearsal dinner was held at Marks Landing.

Following a a Caribbean cruise to Honduras, Belize and Cozumel, the couple reside in Salineville.
