Caserta runs for 190 to guide West Branch

BELOIT — West Branch moved to 3-0 by plowing over rival Ravenna Southeast 49-19 on Friday night.

Thomas Caserta had a big night for the winners with 190 yards rushing and two touchdowns. Brock Hillyer added to the offense with 62 yards rushing along with an 8 for 8, 1170yard night passing the ball.

West Branch led 14-0 after the first quarter and 35-7 at the break.

David McKeiver had three catches for 89 yards and a touchdown for the Warriors.

Brock Wilke led the Warrior defense with eight tackles. Jacob Hurst, Joe Love and Austen Everett had seven tackles each.

West Branch opens Eastern Buckeye Conference play next Friday at home against Alliance.
