Scramble will aid Clippers
COLUMBIANA — The Columbiana Softball Association will help open the golf season by hosting a four-person-hole golf scramble Saturday, April 1, at Valley. The cost is $120 per team which includes greens fees, two carts, prizes, food and drinks. Tee times begin at 10:30 a.m. Registration is requested by today if possible, call 482-9464.
Charity tournament coming up
CALCUTTA — The sixth annual Heritage Thermal Services (WTI) Relay for Life Four-Man Charity Golf Tournament will be held June 10 at Turkana Golf Course.
Cost is $260 per team or $65 per individual. Registration is set for 7:30 a.m. with shot gun start at 8 a.m. Continental breakfast, golf, cart, snacks, beverages and dinner is included.

Oak Glen sweeps Weir
WEIRTON, W. Va. — The Oak Glen girls and boys tennis teams swept Weir in their 7-0 victories on Thursday.
The girls improve to 4-1 and will travel to face Berkley Springs on Saturday at St. Mary’s.
