Miller could play in finals

NEW YORK – Former East Palestine resident and New York Rangers forward J.T. Miller could see ice time in the Stanley Cup Finals.

The Rangers are set to face the Los Angeles Kings or Chicago Blackhawks on Wednesday in the first game of the best-of-seven championship series.

Miller is currently out with an upper body injury but skated after the Rangers’ practice on Sunday. He is said to be a few days away from returning to the lineup.

Miller has played four games in the playoffs and has two assists.
