Rebels work overtime

GREENFORD – Ashley Harrison was the hero of the day for Crestview as she sunk a three-pointer at the end of regulation to force overtime as the Rebels topped South Range 42-39 on Monday.

Harrison led the Rebels with 21 points, four assists and three steals.

Morgan Newbauer had 10 points and seven rebounds. Alexis Marnejon had nine boards.

Alexis Naples scored 10 points and six rebounds for the Raiders.

Crestview is 15-6 overall and clinched second place in the Inter-Tri County League upper tier with a 10-3 mark. South Range is 9-9 and 8-5 ITCL.

South Range won the jayvee game 48-12. Lynnie Ritter had 10 points for the Raiders (16-1).

Both teams play Thursday as Crestview visits Lisbon and South Range travels to East Palestine.
