Crestview keeps pace with United

COLUMBIANA – Ashley Harrison scored 23 and Anna Hardenbrook added 14 points, eight rebounds and six steals to lead Crestview to a 54-38 win over Lisbon in varsity girls basketball action Thursday.

Crestview led just 20-18 at the half, but outscored the Blue Devils 16-8 in the third to take a 10-point lead into the final stanza. The Rebels outscored Lisbon 18-12 in the fourth.

Harrison also had three assists and five steals for Crestview, and Alexis Marnejon grabbed seven rebounds. Morgan Newbauer had 10 points and seven steals.

Crestview is 11-4 overall and 6-1 in teh Inter-Tri County League upper tier, one game behind United.

For Lisbon (7-6, 2-5 ITCL), Pam Pierce had 17 points and 10 rebounds, Katy Crismon scored 10 and Tiffany Ketchum had three assists and two steals.

On Monday, Crestview hosts Mineral Ridge and Lisbon travels to United.
