The glow of Christmas lights continues to brighten the summer for the people using Firestone Park in Columbiana. According to Terry McCoy, the profits from the Joy of Christmas light display are being enjoyed every day with the addition of a new $2,500 fountain to Mirror Lake that will keep it cleaner and healthier. And for the ladies using the pavilion by the lake, $8,000 was put into remodeling the women's restroom, including the addition of a baby changing table along with the new fixtures. McCoy said the park will continue to benefit from the annual Christmas display bringing joy year round.
