EAST LIVERPOOL- The man accused of robbing the Home Savings and Loan in Glenmoor appeared before Municipal Court Judge Melissa Byers Emmerling Monday.
A preliminary hearing was set June 5 for Brian K. Johnston, 41, homeless, who is charged with robbery. His $100,000 cash/surety bond was continued.
Jacob S. Lowther, 20, homeless, was sentenced to two jail days for criminal trespass.
Bryan P. Malone, 25, Grimm's Bridge Road, was fined $150 and sentenced to 30 days for petty theft, with a charge of possession of criminal tools dismissed.
Tiffany G. Walls, 33, Dunn Road, was fined $38 for driving under suspension.
Jennifer L. Boyle, 20, Ephraim Street, was fined $75 for driving under suspension and $35 for failure to stop.
Second arraignments were scheduled for Justin M. Willison, 27, Calcutta-Smith Ferry Road, charged with driving under suspension and no seat belt, June 20 and for Amanda N. Ferrebee, 26, Gardendale Street, charged with speeding, July 7.
A pretrial was scheduled June 5 for Bristen Z. Lavant, 18, Martin Street, charged with assault, resisting arrest and obstructing official business, with bond set at $75,000.
