MINERVA - Mandy Jo Little and Elton Stewart Lowmiller were united in marriage on Sept. 20, 2013, at Stonewall Resort in Roanoke, West Virginia.
The bride is the daughter of Ronald and Susan Little, Kensington.
The groom is the son of Dale and Lana Lowmiller, Minerva.

Reverend Emily Dameron officiated the 5:30 p.m. ceremony.
Escorted by her father and given in marriage by her parents, the bride wore a trumpet silhouette gown featuring a sweetheart neckline made of dolce satin with a vintage inspired lace overlay and satin sash. She carried a bouquet of white calla lilies, white roses, and green hypericum berries adorned with a memorial charm in memory of her sister.
Brooke Whiteleather, Minerva, served as matron of honor in a gray silk taffeta dress. In a matching dress was bridesmaid, Sonia Walker, sister of the bride, Paris. Flower girl was Eileen Higginbotham, niece of the groom.
Damion Wallace, East Rochester, cousin of the bride, performed the duties of best man. Groomsman was Bret Lowmiller, brother of the groom, Minerva; and ring bearer was Andrew Walker, nephew of the bride.
Leeann and Payton Walker, nieces of the bride, presided the guestbook.
A reception, attended by approximately 80 guests, was held at the resorts Lightburn's Restaurant overlooking the golf course and lodge.
Following a honeymoon in the Dominican Republic, the couple reside in Minerva.
