YOUNGSTOWN - The two men killed in a fiery crash Monday night in Berlin Township are Salem-area residents, according to the Mahoning County Coroner's Office.

The office identified the men as driver Jarod Todd Cameron, 23, of?Salem, and passenger Ryan E. Zwingler, 29, of Green Township.

They were identified through dental records after being trapped in their burning truck. Toxicology results are pending.

Both men worked for Bonnie Plants Inc., and were transporting plants, flowers and Styrofoam when the crash happened at about 11 p.m. on state Route 534 between Leffingwell Road and Western Reserve Road.

According to the highway patrol, Cameron's straight truck was southbound and allegedly went off the right side of the road, overcorrected and crossed the center line, hitting a semi head-on. Both vehicles were engulfed in flames.

The driver of the semi, Mark Hoskins of Alliance, was taken to St. Elizabeth Health Center with non life-threatening injuries.
