EAST LIVERPOOL - Danyele Chetwynd, Rittman; and Steve Winters, East Liverpool, are announcing the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Sierra Winters, to Jake Landess, son of Gary and Lavern Landess, East Liverpool.
The bride-elect is a 2008 graduate of East Liverpool High School and is attending Casal Aveda Institute's esthiology program. She is employed at Alcatraz Body Modifications, Chester, W.Va., as a tattoo artist specializing in permanent make-up.
Her fiance is a 2008 graduate of Beaver Local High School and is also employed at Alcatraz Body Modifications as a tattoo artist.
