GIRARD - Cynthia Milak Bell, Girard; and Rita Moye, Elyria; are announcing the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their children, Nicole Marie Bell and Kenneth Thomas Moye, both of North Olmsted.
The bride-elect is also the daughter of the late John L. Bell Jr., East Liverpool. She received a bachelor's degree in business administration from Baldwin Wallace University in 2004 and a master's degree in human resources and management from Cleveland State University in 2010. She is executive director of The Presidents' Council Foundation, Cleveland.
He fiance earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Ohio University in 2000 and a master's degree in human resources from Cleveland State University in 2010. He is a senior network engineer with American Greetings, Cleveland.
