COLUMBIANA - Jeff and Jane Richter, Columbiana, are announcing the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Jenna K. Richter, to James P. Gray, son of Michelle Burns, New Castle, Pa.; and James W. Gray III, Royal Palm Beach, Fla.
The bride-elect is a 2004 graduate of Columbiana High School and received a bachelor's degree in nursing from The University of Pittsburgh. She is employed by Cross Country TravCorps as a traveling nurse.
Her fiance is a 2005 graduate of Shenango High School and received a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from Youngstown State University. He is employed by Calgon Carbon Corporation in Pittsburgh.
