EAST LIVERPOOL - Dennis M. Williams and Bobbie L. Lyon are announcing their engagement and forthcoming marriage.
The bride-elect is a 1977 graduate of Beaver Local High School and currently works in the produce department at Walmart in Calcutta.
Her fiance is a 1972 graduate of East Liverpool High School and a 1989 graduate of Jefferson Technical College. He worked for AT&T as a customer service specialist.
