NEW SPRINGFIELD - Kathy Davis and Sean Hale are announcing their engagement and forthcoming marriage.
The bride-elect is the daughter of the late Kathleen and Leonard Sheerer. A graduate of East Palestine High School, she earned an associate's degree in business management and accounting at ITT Technical Institute.
Her fiance is the son of Lloyd Hale, Marietta; and Karen Moore, Sebring, Fla. he is a graduate of Fort Frye High School and is employed at R&J Trucking.
