EAST PALESTINE - Richard and Lisa Smith, East Palestine, are announcing the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Sara Kay Smith, to Jeffrey Allen Dobson II, son of Jeffrey and Julie Dobson, Austintown.
The bride-elect is a 2007 graduate of East Palestine High School and a 2010 graduate of Choffin Career and Technical Center where she studied practical nursing. She is currently employed as a LPN at Prima Healthcare in Columbiana.
Her fiance is a 2007 graduate of Austintown Fitch High School and a 2010 graduate of Youngstown State University where he studied emergency medical technology. He is currently employed as a paramedic at Rural/Metro Ambulance in Youngstown.
