EAST PALESTINE - Jim and Regina Moore, Park Ave., are announcing the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Betty J. Tice, to Ryan Price, son of Douglas and Pam Price, East Palestine.
The bride-elect is also the daughter of the late Robert Tice Jr. A graduate of East Liverpool High School, she is employed as a sales leader at Fashion Bug, Chippewa, Pa.
Her fiance is a graduate of East Palestine High School and is employed as a conductor with Norfolk Southern Railroad.
