Reagan Lynn Pittman was the first baby of 2013 welcomed at Salem Community Hospital. The daughter of Heather Jugenheimer and Matthew Pittman, Reagan was born at 10:02 p.m. Jan. 1 and weighed 7 pounds and 2.9 ounces. She joins a big sister, Ava. The family received gift baskets from the hospital's Look Nook Gift Shop and the Salineville Assembly of God. (Submitted photo)
