EAST PALESTINE - Jack and Sorelle Cope, Neeld Road, will celebrate their 50th anniversary on Dec. 29 with a family dinner.
The former Sorelle Mahon married Jack Cope at the Centenary United Methodist Church in a ceremony officiated by the Rev. Thomas Hammerton.
They have two sons, Tim (Carol) Cope and Mike (Carrie) Cope, both of East Palestine; and seven grandchildren.
