GRINNELL, Iowa - What could Jack Taylor do for an encore after breaking Bevo Francis' 58-year-old NCAA scoring record?
In his first game since scoring 138 points on Tuesday, Taylor was held to 21 points as Grinnell College dropped a 131-116 decision to William Penn University (Iowa) at Darby Gymnasium on Sunday.
Taylor shot 6-of-21 from the field, including 3-of-13 from three-point range, and 6-of-7 from the foul line along with five assists and two steals in 17 minutes.
He is averaging 51.5 points through four games.
