The owner of a steel bridge in Salem Township that had between 25 and 30 beams stolen last week placed this "Reward" sign on his property Wednesday. The bridge was built over a creek in the 37000 block of state Route 344 and is accessible from Lisbon Canfield Road. Salem Township Constable Dan Valentine said he has developed a couple of leads on the crime. He said it would have taken at least two people to remove and load the beams since each weighed about 100 pounds. The $1,000 reward is for the conviction of the people responsible and return of the bridge.
