Mercy River will perform during Victory Gospel Jubilee

Mercy River, a southern gospel quartet, will be the featured group at the Victory Gospel Jubilee on Friday, Nov. 2, at the North Lima Business Complex (in the auditorium at the former South Range High School at 11836 South Ave., North Lima. Veteran gospel music bass singer Jeff Lowe leads the quartet which consists of Eric Jolly, lead; Gary Price, tenor and Chris Mulpas, baritone. Lowe had been with several groups, including The Masters Quartet, the Songsters and Glory Way before he formed Mercy River about three years ago. Mercy River, from Massillon, Ohio, will join the Golden Street Singers from Farmdale, Ohio, for a two-hour concert beginning at 7 p.m. The Golden Street Singers host the Jubilee. This is the third in as series of four Jubilees. The 2012 finale will be staged with a five-hour concert on New Year's Eve. To reserve free tickets call 800-284-9709.
