EAST PALESTINE - Scott and Betty McIlduff, East Palestine, celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary on Oct. 14 with a surprise party aboard the Gateway Clipper in Pittsburgh. The party hosted by their daughters, was attended by family and friends.
They have three daughters, Lynsey Tappe, Pittsburgh; Regan McCormick and Heather Berger, both of East Palestine; and four grandchildren.
