NEW MIDDLETOWN - David and Phyllis Kimble, New Middletown, are announcing the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Leah M. Kimble, to Justin R. Minard, son of Floyd and Geraldine Minard, Kensington.
The bride-elect is employed as a state tested nurses aide at Covington Skilled Nursing Facility, East Palestine. She is currently attending Kent State University at East Liverpool for nursing.
Her fiance is a journeyman/plumber out of the Plumbers and Pipefitters Local 396.
