EAST LIVERPOOL - Lori A. Alford, East Liverpool, is announcing the engagement and forthcoming marriage of her daughter, Lacey Dawn Camp, to Zackary Adam Kuiken, son of Mokita Kuiken, Newell, W.Va.; and the late Randy Kuiken.
The bride-elect is also the daughter of the late Kevin Camp. She graduated from Fairmont State University and Youngstown State University with a bachelor's degree in fashion design and marketing. She is employed at Buckle, Youngstown.
Her fiance earned a bachelor's degree in aviation administration from Fairmont State University and a degree in air traffic control from the CCBS. He is employed at Vitamin World, Pittsburgh.
