EAST LIVERPOOL - William and Phoebe Simms, East Liverpool, are announcing the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Danielle Jean Simms, to Steven Mark Howard, son of Terri Howard, East Liverpool.
The bride-elect is a 2004 graduate of Beaver Local High School. She graduated from Kent State University at Salem with an associate's degree in applied science, bachelor's degree in radiologic imaging technology, and a certificate in computed tomography. She is employed at Salem Community Hospital.
Her fiance is a 2004 graduate of East Liverpool High School and is a union laborer.
