EAST PALESTINE - John and Bonnie Martin, East Palestine; and Larry Kibler, Columbiana, are announcing the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Stacy Rae Kibler, to Marcello Emilio Schiavoni, son of Marcello and Joan Schiavoni, North Sewickley Township, Pa.
