Jo McDevitt of the Paintin' Parlor in East Palestine works on a decorative wooden panel for a customer at the 30th annual Shaker Woods Festival. McDevitt has worked for numerous paint and china companies throughout her life and now loves to teach younger artists the secrets of her craft. The festival continues this weekend.
