EAST PALESTINE - Paula Howard Devine, Liberty Township; and James H. Paine, East Palestine; are announcing their engagement and forthcoming marriage.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Paul and Patricia Howard, Warren. She graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor's of combined science and is currently a pharmaceutical district sales manager for Abbott Laboratories, Cleveland.
Her fiance is the son of Harold and Kara Paine, East Palestine. He eared a bachelor's in marketing from Youngstown State University and is a product manager at 4Wheel Drive Hardware, Columbiana.

The couple is planning an Oct. 19 invitation only wedding at Trinity United Methodist Church, Youngstown. A reception by invitation will follow at Fellows Riverside Gardens in Mill Creek Park.
