EAST LIVERPOOL - Wayne and Nancy Hughes, East Liverpool, are announcing the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Carly L. Hughes, to Robert W. Flint, son of Robert and Terri Flint, East Liverpool.
The bride-elect is currently attending Youngstown State University and will graduate in December.
Her fiance also attends Youngstown State University and is employed at the Leonard Kirtz School.
