EAST PALESTINE - Glen and Sherl Foster, East Palestine, are announcing the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Kristy Lynn Foster, to Kurt Seachrist, son of Sherry Seachrist, Lisbon; and the late Wayne Seachrist.
The bride-elect is employed as a reporter for the Farm and Dairy newspaper in Salem. She graduated from Mineral Ridge High School in 1996 and Youngstown State University with a degree in journalism and telecommunications in 2001.
Her fiance is employed with the city of Columbiana. He is a 1997 Beaver Local High School graduate.
