DAMASCUS - Katherine Winn and Adam Niederhiser were united in marriage on June 16, at Damascus Friends Church with Pastor Peter Fowler and Pastor Alex Feldman officiating the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Mark and Julie Winn, Salem.
The groom is the son of Len and Lois Niederhiser, Damascus.

Nuptial music was provided by vocalist Cindy Smith, cousin of the bride; and pianist Martha Rogowsky.
The bride was given in marriage by her parents.
Amanda Thorne served as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Emily and Lindsay Winn, sisters of the bride. Olivia Winn, cousin of the bride, served as flower girl.
Performing the duties of best man was Eric Hippley. Groomsmen were Thomas and Jack Niederhiser, brothers of the groom. Alessandro and Xander Smith were ring bearers.
A reception was held at Salem Elks.
The bride graduated from Youngstown State University and is employed by Ohio Connections Academy as an eighth grade math teacher.
The groom graduated from Kent State University and is employed by Akron Children's Hospital as a security officer.
Following a honeymoon to the Great Smokey Mountains, the couple resides in Damascus.
