MECHANICSTOWN - John and Cathy Barnett, Mechanicstown, are announcing the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Bethany M. Barnett, to Marcus A. Drysdale, son of Randy and Susan Drysdale, Wellsville.
The bride-elect is a 1999 graduate of Carrollton High School and a 2003 graduate of Akron University. She also earned a bachelor's degree from Youngstown State University and graduated from the Alabama Military Academy in 2011. She is a member of the Ohio Army National Guard.
Her fiance is a 1999 graduate of Wellsville High School. He is also graduated from Air Force basic training and advanced training in 1999. He is a member of the United States Air Force.
