COLUMBIANA - Mr. and Mrs. Russel Hughes Jr. will celebrate their 50th anniversary with a private vow renewal ceremony and celebratory reception, given by their children.
The couple was married on July 6, 1962. Formerly of East Palestine, they also resided in Westerly, R.I.
They have four children, Thomas (Colletta) Esenwein, Streetsboro; Edward (Carol) Esenwein, Washingtonville; Elizabeth (Don) Bowles and Wayne (Veronica) Hughes, both of East Palestine; 10 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
