East Liverpool, Ohio- Rose C. Call, 79, of Bradshaw Avenue passed away Thursday, June 28, 2012 at her residence at 6:00 a.m. following a lengthy illness.
Born August 25, 1932, at East Liverpool, she was a daughter of the late Clarence and Carrie Humphrey Blosser. A lifetime area resident, at times during her life she had worked at McCrory's 5&10, National Lunch, Ogilvie's Department Store, Hall China, and JC Penney's. She was a member of the 1st Evangelical Presbyterian Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Franklin Call, whom she married May 24, 1954, on December 19, 1986.
Survivors include three daughters, Roseann Conner of Missouri, Janice Lee Gage of East Liverpool, and Teresa Marie Sailing of East Liverpool; and one son Robert Harley Call of East Liverpool.
She was also preceded in death by two daughters, Caroline Lilly and Consetta Franczek; and one son, James Franklin Call, Jr.
There are seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
She also leaves behind one sister, Doris Ann Adams; and was preceded by two sisters, Anna Mae Blosser, and Betty Sanderson.
Friends may visit the family on Sunday from 2:00 to 4:00 and from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Dawson Funeral Home in East Liverpool. Rev. Dr. Mark Dunn of the church will officiate a funeral service 11:00 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Burial will be in Spring Grove Cemetery.
