OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. - Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Sharon Crabtree-Nutt, age 69, of Oklahoma City will begin at 10:00 am Monday, June 18, 2012 in The Chapel of the Havenbrook Funeral Home with Reverend Bruce Ingram officiating.
Sharon was born on June 17, 1942 in Elk City, OK the daughter of John Amos and Grace Irene (Burks) Crabtree. She passed away early Friday morning June 15, 2012 in the home of her daughter, Cindy Cook, after a six year vigilant fight with breast cancer.
Sharon was raised in Elk City and attended the Merritt Schools graduating from Merritt High School in 1960.
Sharon moved to Oklahoma City in 2011 to be close to her daughter and remained here until she passed away this past Friday morning.
Sharon is survived by her daughter, Cindy Cook and her husband Rick of Oklahoma City; one brother, John Crabtree and his wife, Jane of Choctaw, OK; five grandchildren, Sevin Gallo and her husband Damian of Cleveland, Ohio, Jimmy Cook and his wife, Christin of Oklahoma City, Rickey Cook, Jr. of Oklahoma City, Kayla Cromwell and Savannah Cromwell both of Independence, Kansas; and three great grandchildren, Marco Gallo, Carolina Gallo and Leila Gallo. She is preceded in death by her parents; and one son, Jim Cromwell on January 12, 2010.
Memorials may be made in memory of Mrs. Mary Sharon Crabtree-Nutt to Cancer Treatment Center of America in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
