EAST PALESTINE - Mr. and Mrs. William Bingham, East Palestine, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on May 27 by attending their grandson's graduation from the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Md.
The former Mary Evelyn Bittner, daughter of the late Dorothy Bittner and Dick Bittner, married William Bingham on May 27, 1962 at Grace Lutheran Church in East Palestine.
The couple has three sons; Tom (Karen) Bingham, East Palestine; Bob (Michele) Bingham, LaPlata, Md.; and the late Scott Bingham. They also have five grandchildren.
