WELLSVILLE - Zachary James Bowling and Celeste Ashley Homic, both of Wellsville, are announcing their engagement and forthcoming wedding.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Craig and Maryann Homic, Hammondsville. A 2008 graduate of Southern Local Jr./Sr. High School, she received a nursing certificate from the Columbiana County Career and Technical Center. She is employed as an LPN at Assisted Living Ministry Services in East Liverpool.
Her fiance is the son of Gary and Emily Bowling, Salineville; and Melissa Miller, Wellsville. Also a 2008 graduate of Southern Local Jr./Sr. High School, he served in the Army National Guard and was deployed to Iraq as part of Operation Iraqi Freedom. He is currently employed as a security guard at Shell Lubrication, Newell, W.Va., and continues to serve in the Ohio National Guard.
