SALEM - Rachel Lynn Castelucci was stillborn on Saturday, May 26, at Salem Community Hospital. She was the daughter of Jessy Wayne and Nola Louise (Orndoff) Castelucci.
She is survived by her parents of Salem, siblings Faith and Paige of the home, paternal grandmother Lois Castelucci of Salem, paternal grandfather Jeffery Wayne Castelucci of Florida, paternal great-grandmother Linda Hiner of Salem, maternal grandmother Jeanette Orndoff of Lisbon and maternal grandfather Robert Orndoff of Waynesburg, Pa., and maternal great-grandmother Loretta Hughs of Salem.
The family has requested to have a private funeral service with burial in Hanoverton, Ohio
