EAST PALESTINE - Sean R. McNally, 24, of Waterford Road, passed away early Monday morning, May 28 on Edgewater Blvd, Deerfield Township, Portage County.
Sean was born November 15, 1987 in Youngstown, a son of Stephen McNally and Sandra Spear McNally Bodnar, and was a life resident of the area. He was a graduate of East Palestine High School, where he had used his talents to paint a war memorial scene near the entrance to the high school auditorium stage. Sean had attended the Casal Alveda Institute for Hair, and had been employed with the South Range Hair Studio, North Lima, for the past three years.
He is survived by his mother, Sandra (Tim) Bodnar, with whom he resided; his father, Stephen (Diane) McNally, East Liverpool; two brothers and seven sisters, Patrick McNally, Williamsburg, Va., Amber Ceschini, East Palestine, Jessica Oates, Amanda and Katelyn Bodnar, Thomas Foster, Christina Foster, Stephanie Kosik, and Amanda Wallace, as well as several nieces and nephews. Sean also leaves two grandparents, Robert Spear, East Palestine, and Virginia McNally, North Carolina.
Two grandparents, Helen Spear and James McNally, preceded him in death.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, June 2 at Trinity Fellowship, 4749 South Ave., Boardman, Ohio. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the time of service.
