SALEM - Marie Gonzales, Las Vegas, Nev., is announcing the engagement and forthcoming marriage of her daughter, Kandy Irene Abruzzo, to Paul James Draher, son of Peggy Shafer, Salem; and the late John E. Woolf.
The bride-elect holds an associate's degree in Criminal Justice and plans to pursue a bachelor's degree in nursing. She is currently employed with Visiting Angels of Salem.
Her fiance graduated from the University of Phoenix-Las Vegas in 2001 with a bachelor's degree in human services management and earned a master's degree in psychology from Regis University in 2003.
